Prior to shipping, parts pass all functional testing, including but not limited to visual and optical inspection, leak testing, and electronic testing.
Cosmetically, parts may show some signs of wear, but we carefully assess each one visually and optically to ensure they will meet or exceed your expectations.

Return Window:


PARTS: 30 Calendar Days

A. We offer returns for your items 30 days from the shipment date of your order

B. After receipt of your items, please test and inspect to ensure that they meet your quality requirements


Return Process

1. If any items are received damaged due to shipping or do not meet your quality requirements, please email [email protected] with the reason for the return, to begin the returns process.

2. After validation of the issue by our returns department you will be given a Credit Note # and return shipping instructions. Please make sure to include the Credit Note # with your shipment to ensure proper tracking of your return claim.

3. If the item is being returned because the wrong item was ordered, the item can still be returned within the return window, but you will be responsible for return shipping costs.


Refund Process

1. After we receive your items, we will validate to confirm the non-conformance issue and issue you a refund for the item.

2. Depending on the method of payment refunds may take 3-5 business days to settle.

CCDs: 2 Calendar Days from receiving shipment

A. We offer returns for CCD's 2 calendar days from the shipment receipt date of your order as indicated by the selected shipping courier's shipping tracking number

B. After receipt of your items, please test and inspect to ensure that they meet your quality requirements

****Return Disclosure: In the case that you are not satisfied with the CCD Image, to claim a return, you must notify ENDOCORpbefore the end of the second calendar day after receiving the CCD. Due to the sensitive nature of the CCD, return claims requested after three business days will not be accepted.

****ESD Disclosure: Due to the sensitive nature of the CCD, the CCD can be damaged by electrostatic discharge (ESD) and must be evaluated prior to installation onto the endoscope. Damage due to improper handling or installation altogether, will void any return requests.

****CCD Testing: CCDs are tested prior to shipping to customer and the Video Inspection results of the CCD is available by scanning the QR Code posted to the listing on our website. CCDs are packaged carefully in ESD Protective packaging to ensure that it is received in the condition it is in prior to leaving our facility.
