When we fail to deliver on that promise, that creates bottlenecks that impact our customer’s ability to deliver quality repairs and increases their lead time. To manage and mitigate quality issues, our entire team is on stand-by to correct these issues immediately and further take any and all corrective actions to our work instructions to prevent these issues from repeating.
Our Return Policy & Process
Endoscope Parts: 30 Day Return and Exchange Window
Upon receipt of your shipment, we provide our customers 30 days to test and inspect the part purchase. If your part does not meet your quality requirements, please contact your sales representative to start your return or exchange. A credit note will be created and our quality team will be notified.
All endoscope parts shipped will include a Product Return ID sticker on the part bag. Please look out for this code and keep the original bag with the sticker intact. If you need to return a part for an exchange, please provide the order number and the Product Return ID # from the bag’s sticker, along with the reason for the return or exchange. Retaining the original bag with the sticker will help us expedite the return materials authorization process (RMA). All returns must include the original packaging with the Product Return ID intact. This is essential for our quality control and to ensure faster processing of your return or exchange.
We ask that you ship the return part back to ENDOCORP the same day of your return request. We cover all shipping charges back to ENDOCORP. This is to ensure the part is shipped back in the condition it was shipped in and verify the core issue, so we can take corrective action and improve our quality inspection processes
After verification, your credit note will be approved and a full refund will be applied to your account.
After the 30 Day Return and Exchange Window, if you do not reach out to us with a return request, we will not be able to process your return or exchange request.
CCD Cameras: 2 Business Day Return and Exchange Window
Prior to shipping your CCD, a video inspection of the CCD image is taken to ensure that it leaves our facility fully functional. You may request this video at any time.
Upon receipt of your shipment, we provide our customers 2 business days to test and inspect the CCD purchase. If the CCD does not meet your quality requirements. If our CCD does not meet your quality requirements, please contact your sales representative to start your return or exchange. A credit note will be created and our quality team will be notified.

After the 2 Business Day Return and Exchange Window, if you do not reach out to us with a return request, we will not be able to process your return or exchange request.
***Warning: CCDs must be handled in a static free work environment using ESD protective equipment on an ESD grounded station. Handling without such equipment will result in damage to the CCD chip and customer is fully responsible for damages. All return claims will be voided if it is determined that the CCD was damaged due to ESD damage.
***Warning: Any attempt to use the CCD in services or repairs prior to your inspection, that result in damage to the CCD will also void your return claim.
Endoscopes & Equipment: 30 Day Return and Exchange Window
